In addition to the typical employee benefits, our KUDOS program takes rewarding our employees to another level. Cortex staff earn an extra day of vacation every time they collect three letters of praise from our customers. With an average of at least 1 KUDOS letter per month for the past three years, a few of our staff members have accrued several additional days off per year. Even our developers and management team, who are not on front line support, receive KUDOS from customers!
